*To provide a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment for all children attending the centre
*To assist in the planning and implementation of programs which meet the developmental, cultural and special needs of children in our care.
*To provide support to and ensure regular communication, with families of children who are in our care.
*Hold a degree in Early Childhood or hold a diploma in Early Childhood and working towards a degree in Early Childhood.
*Have current First Aid training, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma, as well as Child Protection certificates.
*Must hold a valid work visa allowing you to work in Australia.
*To provide support and respect to all educators in the quality care, learning and development of children on a day to day basis as directed by the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Regulations under the Education and Care Services National Law
*To support and contribute to the implementation of the Mission Statement and Christian Philosophy of the Centre.
*To work as part of a team creating an environment that meets the individual social, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and physical needs of the children enrolled in the Centre.
*To be able to encourage families to feel a sense of belonging to the service and participate in the programs.
*To demonstrate an ability and willingness to collaborate with staff and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and children and families with special needs.
