This position is a part-time role (15 hours per week). It will require the successful candidate to provide assistance to all members of the Team and support goals and objectives as well as provide excellent customer service. The role will include, but is not limited to:
• Managing calendars for the Schools Evangelists
• Phone and email support for the Schools Evangelism team
• Content creation and organisation for various communication sources
• Support purchasing for projects
• General administration support with the aim of reaching team and organisational goals
The selected candidate will also be working collaboratively with other departments of the NNSW Conference team where appropriate, this includes the Chaplaincy Coordinator, Children’s Ministries and Youth Ministries.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to work under pressure and in a high volume environment. Previous experience in high-level administrative roles, good computer literacy skills, project management as well as organizing and managing events. The successful applicant will have a passion for ministry and possess an outgoing and hardworking attitude with an energetic, fun personality and helpful manner. The Role will also require availability to attend relevant events and camps.
Certificate III in Business Administration, experience in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe and Skype for Business.
